Berry 222 Blend

  • 2 cups mixed berries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup kale or spinach

  • 1 cup ice or 1 cup vanilla almond milk (for sweeter taste)

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp sea moss

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Simply mix all the ingredients in a blender, serve and enjoy!
